Workforce Transition
Bridging training and productive employment through apprenticeships, placements and enterprise pathways.

The African Confederation for TVET Excellence and Transformation is a permanent, practitioner‑led continental institution converting skills into employment, enterprise and shared prosperity.

"Africa does not merely need more graduates. It needs stronger systems that connect skills to opportunity."
ACTET Founding Declaration
More than 12 million young Africans enter the labour market each year, yet only a fraction secure stable, productive employment. The continent's defining structural challenge is no longer access to training. It is the weak conversion of skills into livelihoods, enterprise, mobility and industrial productivity.
ACTET answers this with a coordinated, continental architecture; practitioner‑led, regionally balanced, and built to endure.
